SITELOGIC is a Dubai-based operations and software consultancy for contractors. It exists because the problems we fix are ones we've lived ourselves, on site and in the office.
From Site to Systems
I spent over 10 years in construction, maintenance plumbing, electrical and renovations in Australia, including running my own maintenance plumbing business.
That's where I first started using software to fix the problems every contractor knows. Jobs falling through the gaps, quotes taking too long, and not knowing whether a job made money until it was too late.
I later moved into combined business development and operations roles at two major companies, where I saw the same problems at a much bigger scale.
Now based in Dubai, I built SITELOGIC to bring that site experience and commercial know-how together for contractors in the UAE.
