SITELOGIC is an operations and software consultancy based in Dubai, UAE. SITELOGIC is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.

When you use the free online Ops Audit at sitelogic.ae/audit, your answers are scored in your browser and are not sent to us. If you choose to unlock your full report, we receive your name, business name, email address and phone number, together with your answers and scores. If you request a call back, we also receive the day and time you prefer and any notes you add.

Your audit answers are also written into the report's link (for example sitelogic.ae/audit?r=...), so the report can be opened again or shared. The link contains your answers only, not your name or contact details, and we don't store reports on this website. Anyone you share the link with can see the report.

If you message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send, along with your phone number or email address.

Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

We use your details only to reply to you, follow up on your online audit, arrange a call or Ops Audit, and provide any services you ask us for.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Contact form messages, online audit reports and call back requests are passed to Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which emails them to us. See the Web3Forms privacy policy at web3forms.com for how they handle data.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes visit data to deliver and protect the site, and provides our visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).

WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy.

The public pages of this website don't set cookies or use advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on our own site, so no information is sent to font providers when you visit.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they view. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites and doesn't build a profile of you. It only gives us totals, such as page views, the country visits come from and the type of device used.

We keep enquiries, online audit reports and call back requests for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and for up to two years after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires after that.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@sitelogic.ae and we'll respond as soon as we can.

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
